ABS
ABS — Heat Resistant.
Mechanically Tough.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is the go-to engineering plastic for parts that must withstand elevated temperatures and impact. 84°C HDT, acetone-smoothable surface, and fast print speeds make it ideal for functional production parts.

About ABS
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a workhorse engineering plastic known for its excellent heat resistance, impact toughness, and post-processing versatility. With an 84°C heat deflection temperature and a Vicat softening point of 94°C, it handles environments where PLA fails.
We print your ABS parts on professional enclosed FDM machines — controlled chamber temperatures minimise warping and deliver consistent mechanical properties. Its 1.05 g/cm³ density and high flow rate make it well-suited to fast-cycle production of functional parts.
ABS's most distinctive post-processing advantage is acetone vapour smoothing — a simple process that eliminates layer lines and produces a near-injection-moulded surface finish.
