  • Order Cancellations:
    Cancellations are only permitted within 1 hour of placing the order, as production begins shortly after to meet fast turnaround times.
  • Damage During Transit:
    If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts due to transit issues, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately upon delivery. We will review the case and arrange for a free replacement of the affected parts as quickly as possible.
  • Returns:
    As each product is custom-manufactured to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects or transit damage.
