About Hyper ABS

Hyper ABS is an advanced ABS formulation engineered to eliminate the two biggest drawbacks of standard ABS — warping and inconsistency — while maintaining and improving its core engineering properties. With a 76°C HDT, 30.4 MPa tensile strength, and 19 kJ/m² impact strength, it delivers reliable ABS-class performance on every print.

We print your Hyper ABS parts on professional enclosed FDM machines at speeds up to 350 mm/s. The improved flow characteristics of Hyper ABS reduce thermal stress during printing, resulting in significantly lower warping tendency and more consistent layer bonding across complex geometries and large flat parts.

Hyper ABS retains full acetone vapour smoothing capability — the same post-processing advantage that makes standard ABS unique — while delivering more predictable, repeatable results. It is our recommended ABS-class material for most functional, heat-resistant, and consumer-facing applications.

Automotive Interior Parts Dashboards, vents, trim components, and brackets
Heat-Resistant Enclosures Housings for parts exposed to elevated temperatures
Electrical Housings Junction boxes, switch gear covers, and cable management
Impact-Resistant Casings Protective covers, tool housings, and rugged enclosures
Acetone-Smoothed Parts Consumer-facing housings polished to near-moulded finish

Frequently Asked Questions

Hyper ABS has a heat deflection temperature of 76°C — 21°C higher than standard PLA. This makes it suitable for parts exposed to warm environments, vehicle interiors, or near heat sources where PLA would deform.
Hyper ABS prints up to 5× faster than conventional ABS thanks to its enhanced fluidity. It uses lower residual monomer materials, reducing fumes during printing. Impact resistance is 19 kJ/m² — nearly double that of standard PLA.
We currently stock Hyper ABS in 3 colours: White, Black, and Grey. All are confirmed in-stock. Contact us for custom colour requirements on bulk orders.
Hyper ABS can be sanded from 120 to 400 grit. A unique advantage is acetone vapour smoothing — giving parts a near-injection-moulded glossy surface. It also accepts spray paint, filler primer, and bonding adhesives very well.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from file approval to dispatch, with Pan-India delivery. Enclosed chamber printing is used to minimise warping. Contact us for bulk or expedited orders.
