How we work
How Our 3D Printing Service Works
Dwart Industries is an online 3D printing service delivering parts across India. Upload your design, choose from FDM and SLA printing in 18 engineering materials, and get an instant quote, whether you need a single prototype or a production batch.
An engineer checks every file before it prints, and every part is inspected before it ships. Choose free image review at checkout and you approve your part from photos before it leaves us.

Engineering review before printing
A mechanical engineer reviews your file from 9 AM on the next working day, checking it against real manufacturing limits for your chosen process and material.
- Wall thickness, overhangs and unsupported spans
- Trapped volumes and drainage on hollow parts
- Holes, threads, text and other fine features
- Mesh errors that would fail during slicing
If your chosen material doesn't suit how the part will be used, the engineer suggests a better one before printing. We then set orientation, supports and print settings, so you only choose the geometry and material.

Does the file pass review?YES
The file is cleared and goes to scheduling.NO
We contact you before anything prints, explain the issue and suggest a fix. You can approve the part as it is, and our reprint policy still applies. If you send a revised file, the original item is refunded and the amount is credited to a new order for the revised file. If the new price is higher, you pay the balance through a payment link; if it is lower, we refund the difference.↺ Back to review -

Two queues, scheduled by print time and material
Every order goes into one of two production queues, so quick prototypes and production runs never hold each other up.
Quick prototypes
One-off parts and small orders, scheduled across the fleet for the fastest turnaround.Bulk and repeat orders
Dedicated machines and their own queue, running the settings locked for your part.Within each queue, short jobs run during working hours, when a failed first layer is caught within minutes. Long jobs run overnight, so a long print never holds up a short one.
9 AM – 5 PMUnder 5 hours5 PM – 11 PM5 to 10 hoursOvernightOver 10 hoursJobs also go to machines already loaded with your material. Fewer filament changes means less waste and less risk of contamination from the previous material. Scheduling always works around your confirmed delivery date.

- Visual check of every part for warping, defects and support marks
- Fit features and critical dimensions measured with calipers
- Material, colour and quantity match the order

Dispatch and delivery
Parts ship across India via Blue Dart, Delhivery or DTDC, typically arriving 2–8 days after dispatch.
- Packed to prevent movement and surface damage in transit
- Assembly orders are bagged and labelled by CAD part name
- Tracking link emailed as soon as your order is dispatched
If something arrives damaged or doesn't fit, raise a ticket from your account. Photos are enough to start, so there's no need to send the part back first. See our refund and returns policy for how cases are resolved.

Behind Every Print
Engineering-grade materials only print well when the setup is right. These are the things we don't skip.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does 3D printing take at Dwart Industries?
Small orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. FDM production takes 1 to 5 working days and SLA 1 to 3 working days, counted from order confirmation and including the engineering review. Large orders can take 1 to 3 extra days. Delivery across India typically takes 2 to 8 days after dispatch. The checkout page shows the exact production and delivery estimate for your order.
Does Dwart Industries review my design before printing?
Yes. A mechanical engineer reviews every file from 9 AM on the next working day, checking wall thickness, overhangs, trapped volumes, fine features and mesh errors. Our team then sets orientation, supports and print settings.
What happens if my file has a problem?
We contact you before anything prints, explain the issue and suggest a fix. You can approve the part as it is, and our reprint policy still applies. If you send a revised file instead, the original item is refunded and the amount is credited to a new order for the revised file. If the new price is higher, you pay the balance through a payment link; if it is lower, we refund the difference.
Can I see my part before it ships?
Yes. Image review is free and optional at checkout. We photograph the finished part and upload the images to your order page. Your part stays with us until you approve it, or until we rework it based on your feedback.
What happens if a print fails?
If a print fails on our side, we re-run it at our cost and tell you straight away if it affects your delivery date.
What tolerance can I expect?
FDM parts typically hold ±0.1 mm per 100 mm, and SLA parts ±0.15 mm. Fit features and critical dimensions are measured with calipers during quality control.
How do I order many parts or a full assembly?
For up to 30 different parts, use bulk upload for an instant price and a single checkout. For more than 30 parts, a full STEP assembly, or critical and load-bearing parts, upload the assembly and an engineer sends a formal quote within one working day, payable through a secure link. Bulk and repeat orders run in their own queue on dedicated machines, separate from quick prototypes.
Does Dwart Industries support business and bulk orders?
Yes. Every order includes a GST tax invoice. GST-registered businesses get a discount on orders above ₹4,999, and volume or repeat orders above ₹9,999 receive a custom quotation, usually within one working day. Bulk upload is available for both FDM and SLA.
How quickly does Dwart Industries respond to support requests?
Within 2 minutes on WhatsApp and web chat between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Phone support is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Are my CAD files kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only to produce your order, are never shared with third parties, and are deleted on request. For business work we sign a mutual NDA digitally, and we can exchange files through your SFTP or vendor portal from a static IP that your IT team can whitelist.
