PA6-CF carbon fibre nylon (102 MPa, 164°C HDT) is our strongest option for structural brackets and drone frames, while PA12-CF (92 MPa, 170°C HDT) offers the highest heat resistance in our range. ABS (84°C HDT) works well for automotive and electrical housings, and ASA (92°C HDT) resists UV yellowing for outdoor parts. PETG offers chemical resistance for enclosures, with PETG-CF adding carbon fibre stiffness at the lowest moisture absorption in our range. TPU 95A (>650% elongation) handles flexible seals and grips. Polycarbonate (117°C HDT) serves high-temperature optical parts, and PA12 Nylon (100°C HDT) is self-lubricating for gears and wear-resistant parts.

Layer Height Options (0.05mm – 0.24mm)

Control surface quality and speed with five layer heights on our FDM 3D Printing Service India. Super Quality (0.05mm), High Quality (0.1mm), Dynamic Quality (0.15mm), Standard Quality (0.2mm), and Low Quality (0.24mm). Smaller layers create smoother surfaces but take longer to print.  Infill Density (5% – 100%)

Set infill from 5% to 100% in 5% increments on our FDM 3D Printing Service in India. All FDM prints use a Gyroid infill pattern for optimal strength-to-weight ratio. 20% works for decorative models. Load-bearing parts need 70% or higher. 100% solid infill suits critical structural components.

Machine Specifications

Every FDM 3D printing services order is produced on industrial printers with advanced calibration. 300 × 300 × 300mm build volume and ±0.1mm accuracy per 100mm. Our machines feature Input Shaping, Motion Advance, and LiDAR bed leveling for clean surfaces and consistent first layers on every print.

Design Rules

For successful prints on our online FDM 3D printing India platform follow these key rules from our Design Guide. Minimum wall thickness 0.8mm. Overhangs under 45° to avoid supports. Horizontal bridges should not exceed 10mm. Minimum hole diameter Ø2.0mm. Moving parts need 0.5mm clearance. Text minimum 3.0mm height with 0.8mm stroke. Threaded features require M8 minimum thread size. Dimensional tolerance ±0.5% (minimum ±0.5mm).
